Yoga from a Trauma-Sensitive Lens
Trauma-Sensitive Yoga workshop facilitated by Carly McDade
This workshop is designed for yoga teachers curious about integrating Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TSY) components into their offerings. We can never be certain of the experiences or backgrounds students bring with them onto their mat. TSY can create an environment where participants are encouraged to choose their way of moving throughout a yoga practice — compared to the ways that trauma takes one’s agency and control away.
The afternoon will include an optional TSY practice (about 30-45mins), some history and methodology of this practice, and Q&A.

Find Everyday Magic - Creative Workshop
‘Find Everyday Magic’ is a creative workshop for finding more joy in the life you're already living.
Life has a way of getting messy. We tell ourselves we'll feel better when things calm down, when the problem is solved, when we're less busy, or when life finally looks the way we thought it would.
But what if you didn't have to wait?
Join Jill Kane for a playful, beginner friendly creative workshop exploring how what we pay attention to shapes what we experience.
Through simple reflection, guided creative experiments and art making, we'll practice shifting our attention toward the beauty, connection, possibility and meaning that can exist alongside the hard and ordinary parts of life.
No artistic experience is needed. Come curious. Leave with a simple creative practice you can use in everyday life.

BIPOC Women Gather: Returning to the Womb
BIPOC Women Gather: Returning to the Womb is a two-hour supportive gathering with Ava Adames, created for women of color to slow down, connect, breathe, move, and be in community.
This gathering offers a gentle introduction to the practices and conversations held within Returning to the Womb. Together, we will explore how stress, grief, life transitions, creativity, relationships, and our lived experiences may be felt and carried within the body.
During our time together, we will experience:
Meditation
A guided meditation to settle the nervous system, reconnect with the body, and create a quiet space for reflection.
Gentle Movement
Accessible, intentional movement designed to help release tension, bring awareness to the body, and create space to simply notice how we feel. No yoga or movement experience is necessary.
Womb-Centered Breathwork
Simple breathing practices that invite us to slow down and connect with the belly, pelvis, and womb space. The word womb is used expansively in this work and does not require having a uterus.
Support & Conversation
There will be space to listen, reflect, share, or simply be present. No one is required to tell their story. You are welcome to participate in the way that feels most supportive to you.

Enneagram on the Couch: a happy hour for therapists
Enneagram Workshop with Cat McLaughlin
As therapists, we spend quite a bit of time attending to and noticing patterns in others. This workshop offers space to turn that same curiosity toward ourselves, and also peek into the world of Enneagram. Using Enneagram as our framework, we’ll explore the nine personality types and the motivations, stress responses, and relational habits associated with each. You’ll have an opportunity to consider how your own patterns may show up in your clinical work, including the roles you take on, the situations that activate you, and the ways you care for yourself while caring for others. We’ll delve into the Enneagram’s rich history, spending time with each personality type and you’ll learn your own. Then we’ll explore how the types relate to one another, both relationally with others and within ourselves. Come for conversation, reflection, and a deeper understanding of your inner world.
And happy hour (NA) drinks and treats, too!
No prior Enneagram experience is needed.
Facilitated by Cat McLaughlin, Rosemary Collaborative.

Radical Compassion Workshop
Our emotions hold tremendous wisdom.
Emotions are guideposts: they integrate the wisdom of body and mind to help us navigate our life.
Emotions are truth-tellers: they help us recognize when our wants and pursuits are out of alignment with our true needs.
Emotions vivify! They enhance and deepen the beauty of life.
While emotions are vital to the health of our being they are frequently misunderstood and sometimes just plain overwhelming. In this workshop we will explore how the practice of R.A.I.N can help you establish and deepen your relationship with your emotional life.
Register here to join Brandon Everett for this evening of compassion!
