Enneagram: A Map Back to You
Why do we do what we do?
People have been asking that question for lifetimes.
Why do I react so quickly in certain moments?
Why do I repeat the same relationship patterns, even when we know better?
Why do I push, strive, withdraw, overthink, or over-accommodate under stress?
The Enneagram approach offers a gentle, insightful way to explore those questions. It is a tool for personal growth & spiritual insight. A way of looking at ourselves and our patterns. At its core, it is a model of human personality that describes nine core patterns of motivation, each shaped by a deep emotional driver and an unconscious strategy for feeling safe, valued, and connected.
I like to use Enneagram not as a way to label personality, but as a roadmap to self-understanding. It helps illuminate the core motivations and protective strategies that quietly shape how you lead, love, parent, work, and rest.
Each of us developed patterns to feel safe, valued, and connected. Those patterns once served us well, but over time, they can become limiting. When we create space to notice those automatic responses with curiosity rather than judgment, we can practice new ways of showing up with greater clarity and intention.
Through our work together, we can:
Your core motivations and stress patterns
How you navigate conflict and connection
Where you feel most alive, and where you feel stuck
What growth looks like for your specific type structure
You don’t need to know your type to begin. You simply need a willingness to look inward with honesty and compassion.
The Enneagram doesn’t ask you to become someone different.
It invites you to become more fully yourself - with less armor and more freedom.
